1st / 2nd Line Support Analyst
We are looking for a 1st / 2nd Line Support Analyst to join a small IT support team within the financial services industry. You will provide day-to-day technical support to users, resolving hardware, software and access issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to end users
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues
- Manage user accounts, passwords and permissions
- Set up laptops, desktops and mobile devices
- Log and manage incidents through the ticketing system
- Escalate more complex issues where required

- Microsoft Teams and Outlook
- Basic networking, VPN and connectivity
- Laptop and desktop hardware
Requirements
- 1 year experience in a 1st Line, Service Desk or Desktop Support role
- Good understanding of the Microsoft technology stack
- Basic Active Directory and user administration experience
- Confident troubleshooting Windows and Microsoft 365 issues
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Keen to develop into a stronger 2nd Line Support position
