Subsea Production System Engineer

Overview Job Purpose: To support the COMPANY Team during Project Development Phases in the engineering, design, manufacturing and testing of subsea Production Xmas Trees, subsea Injection Xmas Trees, subsea tie-in systems, ROV tools, subsea structures (manifolds, suction piles and SDU) and workover system assuring that the design meets Project requirements, applicable standards and engineering best practices, developing Company\’s know-how in this area; to learn and become confident with all COMPANY standards and Project Specification in order to verify Contractor compliance; to ensure the performance, installability and operability of the subsea Production Xmas Trees, subsea Injection Xmas Trees, subsea tie-in systems and subsea structures (manifolds, suction piles and SDU); to ensure that all necessary technical interfaces with other systems or activities belonging to the Project are considered by the Contractor at all times; perform site inspection and interfacing with the Contractor; to ensure delivery of the subsea equipments with the Project schedule and objectives; to assist the preparation of user manual and installation procedure by Contractor and assist installation campaign; to interface with COMPANY Project Interface coordinator to manage and expedite all the SPS Contractor interfaces with other Project Contractors.Main Responsibilities Consistency, quality and cost effectiveness of project design of the subsea/deep water production and injection system in compliance with all applicable codes, COMPANY standards and specification, Contract, International standards and engineering best practices.Site inspection and interfacing with the Contractor on Technical and Delivery issues;Ensuring Delivery of the subsea components in line with the Project objectives, technical interfaces and requirements.Key Activities Assisting the SPS Work Package Manager in the following:Follow-up the detSpecialist Knowledge Engineering knowledge in the subsea businessOrganisation Processes Feed-back development and diffusion, Technical audit and Design Review, SiteManagementCompliance Local/National and International Standard and CodesConstruction & Installation FAT Testing, Integration Testing, Installation, Offshore Installation Supervision, Plant construction, Control system knowledge, Inspection, control and testing techniquesProduction System Design Production and Injection System Design, Subsea R&D, Deep Water R&D, Life cycle design, Production and Injection system engineeringProject Management Risk ManagementAbout The Company Huxley Associates is an international recruitment consultancy that provides specialised contingency and retained recruitment solutions in the following sectors across the region.Accountancy and FinanceBanking TechnologyEnergyEngineeringGlobal MarketsHuman ResourcesITLegalOil and GasSales and MarketingSupply ChainTelecommunicationsHuxley Associates have enjoyed continuous growth over the past 16 years and have established a network of 16 offices around the world including Dubai, New York, London, Sydney, Frankfurt, Hong Kong, Paris and Singapore.
