Job Purpose: To support the COMPANY Team during Project Development Phases in the engineering, design, manufacturing and testing of subsea Production Xmas Trees, subsea Injection Xmas Trees, subsea tie-in systems, ROV tools, subsea structures (manifolds, suction piles and SDU) and workover system assuring that the design meets Project requirements, applicable standards and engineering best practices; developing Company's know-how in this area. To learn and become confident with all COMPANY standards and Project Specification in order to verify Contractor compliance. To ensure the performance, installability and operability of the subsea Production Xmas Trees, subsea Injection Xmas Trees, subsea tie-in systems and subsea structures (manifolds, suction piles and SDU). To ensure that all necessary technical interfaces with other systems or activities belonging to the Project are considered by the Contractor at all times. Perform Site inspection and interfacing with the Contractor. To ensure delivery of the subsea equipment with the Project schedule and objectives. To assist in the preparation of user manuals and installation procedures by Contractor and assist the installation campaign. To interface with COMPANY Project Interface coordinator to manage and expedite all the SPS Contractor interfaces with other Project Contractors.
Main Responsibilities:
- Consistency, quality and cost effectiveness of project design of the subsea/deep water production and injection system in compliance with all applicable codes, COMPANY standards and specification, Contract, International standards and Engineering best practices.
- Site inspection and interfacing with the Contractor on Technical and Delivery issues.
- Ensuring Delivery of the subsea components in line with the Project objectives, technical interfaces and requirements.
Key Activities: Assisting the SPS Work Package Manager in the following: Follow-up the detailed engineering and project execution.
Specialist Knowledge: Engineering knowledge in the subsea business.
Organisation Processes: Feedback development and diffusion, Technical audit and Design Review, Site Management.
Compliance: Local/National and International Standard and Codes.
Construction & Installation: FAT Testing, Integration Testing, Installation, Offshore Installation Supervision, Plant construction, Control system knowledge, Inspection, control and testing techniques.
Production System Design: Production and Injection System Design, Subsea R&D, Deep Water R&D, Life cycle design, Production and Injection system engineering.
Project Management: Risk Management.
