Salary: £50,000 - 80,000 per year

Requirements:

  • We need extensive experience in IT asset management or IT operations, ideally within a regulated industry.
  • We need strong knowledge of ITIL, CMDBs, and asset management tools such as ServiceNow.
  • We need experience in a large regulated financial services environment, preferably banking, or insurance.
  • We need proven experience building frameworks in a greenfield environment rather than only working in BAU.
  • We need candidates who are detail-oriented and compliance-driven.
  • We need familiarity with hardware asset management and full lifecycle governance.
  • We need experience supporting audit readiness and cost optimisation.

Responsibilities:

  • We lead the ownership of the lifecycle process for physical IT assets.
  • We build out frameworks in a greenfield environment.
  • We strengthen and transform our hardware asset management function across EMEA.
  • We ensure full lifecycle governance for physical IT assets.
  • We support audit readiness and compliance with global standards and regulatory frameworks such as DORA.
  • We help establish a Centre of Excellence for IT Asset Management.
  • We align asset management practices across our EMEA operations.
  • We contribute to technology governance and resilience initiatives.
