A leading global financial services organisation is seeking a Lead Security Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of enterprise-wide cyber security platforms and engineering capabilities within a highly regulated environment.
The Opportunity
This is a senior technical leadership role responsible for driving strategic security engineering initiatives across vulnerability management, application security, AI security, threat modelling, security analytics, and metrics engineering.
You will build and lead a high-performing engineering function while delivering scalable, automated security services that enhance organisational resilience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of cyber security tooling and platforms.
- Drive vulnerability, exposure, and security posture management across complex technology estates.
- Develop and enhance application security, API security, AI security, and threat modelling capabilities.
