Salary: £50,000 - 80,000 per year
Requirements
- Extensive experience in IT asset management or IT operations, ideally in a regulated industry.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL, CMDBs, and asset management tools such as ServiceNow.
- Experience in a large regulated financial services environment, preferably banking or insurance.
- Experience building out frameworks in a greenfield environment rather than only working in BAU.
- Detail-oriented and compliance-driven approach.
- Ability to take ownership of the lifecycle process for physical IT assets.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the lifecycle process for physical IT assets within our banking business.
- Lead the transformation of our hardware asset management function across EMEA.
- Ensure full lifecycle governance, audit readiness, and cost optimisation.
- Build out frameworks in a greenfield environment.
- Help strengthen our technology governance and resilience.
- Support the development of a Centre of Excellence for IT Asset Management aligned with global standards and regulatory frameworks such as DORA.
