Overview
An exciting opportunity for a seasoned CRM Business Analyst to join a growing firm in the wealth management sector based out of London. This role focuses on enhancing customer experiences through innovative CRM solutions, with specific expertise in CRM systems such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
Responsibilities
- Leverage experience within wealth management to design effective front office workflows and processes tailored around client engagement/relationship management.
- Innovate UI/UX designs that refine complex data into user-friendly formats to encourage efficient consumer interactions.
- Gather business requirements from front office stakeholders, drive project delivery, and test solutions before rollout/implementation.
Contract and Location
Daily Rate: 550-600 (Outside IR35)
Contract length: 6 months initially
Location: Central London
3 days per week in office
