We’re looking for a Yard Supervisor to join our Welwyn Garden City branch. You’ll lead a team, ensuring stock is maintained and deliveries run efficiently while creating a safe, well‑organised environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee yard operations, working closely with Yard Operatives and Drivers
- Manage stock levels, identifying faulty or damaged goods and reporting issues to the Branch Manager
- Support deliveries – handle loading and unloading to keep things moving
- Handle goods in and out, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately on our systems
- Work as part of a team, keeping the branch running efficiently and delivering excellent customer service
Qualifications
- Forklift driving licence
- Supervisory experience within a fast‑paced environment
- Willingness to learn and receive training
