As a Branch Supervisor, you’ll work closely with the management team to ensure that the branch is run efficiently by a highly motivated team who are focused on brilliant customer service as well as growing sales & margin.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Growing and developing business opportunities with new and existing customers
- Supporting and mentoring your team to unlock their full potential
- Providing an outstanding and welcoming service to every customer
- Taking responsibility for stock ordering and displays across the store
