We're now looking for a Yard Supervisor to join the team at our Braintree branch. You'll play a key role in keeping our yard running smoothly. You'll lead a team, ensuring stock is maintained and deliveries go out efficientlyâall while creating a safe and wellâorganised environment.
What you'll be doing:
- Overseeing yard operations â working closely with our Yard Operatives and Drivers
- Managing stock levels â identifying any faulty or damaged goods, and reporting issues to the Branch Manager
- Supporting deliveries â handling loading and unloading to keep things moving
- Handling goods in and out â ensuring all documentation is completed accurately on our systems
- Working as part of a team â keeping our branch running efficiently and delivering excellent customer service
