We're looking for a Hire Administrator to join our team at Sandy!

We rely on our Hire Administrator to support with end-to-end administrative functions within the Plant & Tool Hire team. Working as part of a team in our fast paced Fleet office in Sandy, supporting our ever growing number of hire branches across the country.
Responsibilities
- Using Microsoft packages to keep all relevant documents up to date.
- Using Excel to create and share a variety of reports for the branch teams.
- Managing and updating relevant data using our database applications.
- First line to take incoming calls; need a great telephone manner to deal with enquiries and forward to relevant teams.
We can give you plenty of training and equip you with the tools that you’ll need to succeed as a Hire Administrator, but previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial.
