Responsibilities Building connections – with customers in person, over the phone, and in the branch or yard, providing expert advice Creating tailored solutions – preparing quotes, following up on enquiries, and developing leads Keeping things running smoothly – managing essential admin efficiently Offering guidance – with up-to-date product knowledge to help customers find the best materials Enhancing the shopping experience – maintaining well-stocked, inviting displays Collaborating – across the branch with your colleagues, including yard and counter sales, to support the team We’re happy to explore flexible working options.
