We are looking for a Partnering Stores Manager to join our team at Huws Gray Redhill. With a wide range of brands, we serve local communities across the UK by meeting their building material needs. Our Partnering Stores exclusively serve one customer, stocking a mix of products to support projects in the area. The Manager leads a close-knit team to deliver excellent customer service and ensure products are available on time.
Responsibilities
- Build working relationships with the customer to understand their requirements.
- Identify additional sales opportunities, offering advice and solutions.
- Motivate the team to achieve their targets.
- Make competent commercial decisions in line with Senior Management.
- Ensure the branch complies with legislation and company policy.
- Control stock within the Partnering Store, maintaining accurate records.
