We’re looking for an Assistant Branch Manager to join our branch in Theale. As an Assistant Branch Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the branch, supporting the team, and creating a great experience for our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Providing an outstanding and welcoming service to every customer
  • Acting as the main point of contact when the Branch Manager is away
  • Growing and developing business opportunities with new and existing customers
  • Supporting and mentoring your team to unlock their full potential
  • Ensuring everyone at the branch is safe and follows company procedures
