We're looking for a Depot Manager to join us at Civils & Lintels in Durham. Civils & Lintels' main aim is to consistently exceed our customers’ expectations. We know our people are at the heart of ensuring this happens, which is why we are always on the lookout to recruit the best around. Whether it’s civils engineering or lintels, our customers rely on the in‑depth knowledge of our depot teams, so we prioritise providing the best training to ensure our colleagues can offer expert advice and support.

Your role, as a Depot Manager, will be to ensure your customers receive a brilliant service when using your depot. You will need to not only manage but also motivate your team to help meet depot targets, build on sales and profits, and generate new customers. You will also be responsible for making sure the depot runs effectively by managing stock, utilising vehicles appropriately, and ensuring all employees have completed mandatory training for a safe place to work.
