We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join us at our Head Office in Pampisford. As part of the Huws Gray Group, you will help deliver the marketing strategy across our brands and drive product campaign marketing activities, including POS, email, digital, tactical, creative and communications.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver the group product‑campaign calendar from concept to execution.
  • Support digital marketing activity including email campaigns, website content, social media and paid digital advertising.
  • Create high‑quality online and print collateral that aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Act as a brand guardian, maintaining consistency across all assets and communications.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and business partners for collaborative marketing opportunities.
  • Analyse data and campaign results to inform future marketing activity.
  • Evaluate campaign success and make recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a marketing role, with proven digital‑marketing experience.
  • Strong experience delivering multi‑channel marketing plans and campaigns, focusing on campaign and digital‑strategy execution.
  • Strong project‑management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Track record of delivering creative campaigns and digital engagement; portfolio examples welcomed.
  • Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret performance metrics and make data‑driven recommendations.
  • Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
  • Highly organised, meeting deadlines and managing workloads proactively.
