We're looking for a Plumbing and Heating Manager to lead our team in Shetland. You'll be the driving force behind creating inspiring kitchen and bathroom spaces for our customers. With a strong eye for design and a customer-first mindset, you'll guide your team to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets.
What You'll Be Doing
Leading the plumbing and heating department to deliver a brilliant customer experience
Supporting your team to meet targets and maximise bonus opportunities
Building relationships with new and existing customers to grow business
Overseeing internal marketing and maintaining engaging product displays
