We are looking for a Hire Manager to join us at Hirebase Norwich. At Hirebase, we pride ourselves on delivering a high-quality and professional hire service to our customers. Our teams of highly competent, experienced, and friendly staff work closely with our suppliers to ensure we have the latest branded products available. It’s our people that make our business great, so we prioritise providing the best up-to-date training to ensure our colleagues can offer expert advice and support.
We rely on our Hire Managers to manage and continuously develop a safe, successful, and budget-achieving hire business, working within Hirebase policies and procedures. Working in one of our depots, you’ll be part of a team committed to excellent customer service and getting the job done.
Here’s what you can expect to do as a Hire Manager with Hirebase:
- Achieve Hire Budget and ongoing Hire KPI improvement
- Promote the Hire and Sales business while building customer relationships through internal and external selling
- Ensure all Hire-related health and safety issues are adhered to
- Ensure the Hire transport operation, distribution, and safety issues are managed within legal and company guidelines
- Complete other branch duties as part of the branch management team
- Complete company reports, audits, and stock takes as required
- Maintain Hire Fleet to company standards
