At Huws Gray Supply Chain Solutions, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and operational excellence to our customers. We’re looking for a Customer Operations Manager to join our team and take ownership of ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service.
As Customer Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for the ongoing operational management of a portfolio of customers. Working closely with Sales Relationship Managers, you’ll ensure contractual obligations are met, KPIs are delivered, and service expectations are exceeded. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll take ownership of key operational tasks and drive improvements across the business.
What will you be doing?
- Maintain Customer Core and Van Stock profiles
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies
- Deliver weekly and monthly operational tasks
- Develop and monitor KPIs to drive performance improvements
- Manage outstanding orders and stock with branch teams
- Coordinate new product requests with the Commercial team
- Build strong relationships with Branch Teams, Sales Relationship Managers, and senior stakeholders
- Resolve invoice queries and monitor outstanding debt
