We are looking for a Commercial Administrator to join us at Civils & Lintels in Westbury. Civils & Lintels' main aim is to consistently exceed our customer’s expectations. Reporting to the Commercial Manager in the Commercial Admin Hub, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations for admin-related tasks, such as clearing down invoice queries and dealing with POD requests, while maintaining strong internal coordination across our branches and externally with our suppliers. This role requires someone proactive who works well within a team and can build strong internal relationships.
Responsibilities
- Proof of Delivery (POD) management – ensure timely clearance of PODs to support accurate invoicing and customer account reconciliation, liaising with branches and suppliers.
- Invoice query resolution – investigate and resolve invoice queries by working with internal teams.
- Administrative support.
