About the Role

We're looking for a Central Sales Support to join us at Civils & Lintels in Kirkby in Ashfield. Civils & Lintels are dedicated to exceeding our customers' expectations and fostering a constructive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Use third‑party customer pipelines to identify and record product opportunities at developer and main contractor stages.
  • Create Project Opportunities (POs) on CRM using various sources of information.
  • Track and monitor POs using set criteria and resources.
  • Make proactive calls and emails as part of PO tracking responsibilities.
  • Research and update PO information on CRM.
  • Liaise with internal and external sales teams as required.
  • Manage Residential, Key Account and Master POs for the business.
  • Support internal and external business development teams and key supply chain partners on specific project types and products.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.
  • Knowledge of drainage products or a background in civils is an advantage, but not essential.
