Programme Manager – Core ERP Modernisation

We're looking for an experienced Programme Manager to join our Technology team and lead one of our key technology transformation programmes: the modernisation of our core ERP platform.
This is a significant, business-critical technology programme with visibility across Huws Gray. You'll take ownership of the programme end to end, bringing together our internal teams and third-party partners to ensure delivery is structured, controlled and on track.
Here's what you'll be doing:
Own the integrated programme plan, milestones, critical path and dependencies.
Lead programme governance, RAID management and Steering Committee reporting.
Coordinate delivery across internal teams, suppliers and key business stakeholders.
Manage programme resources, capacity, dependencies and delivery risks.
Oversee testing, business readiness, migration, cutover and hypercare.
Drive the programme through agreed stage gates, ensuring clear evidence supports key go/no-go decisions.
Maintain a clear view of progress, risks and decisions, escalating early where intervention is needed.
What are we looking for?
You'll be an experienced Programme Manager with a track record of leading complex, business-critical technology programmes, ideally involving ERP or major platform transformation.
You'll be comfortable working across technology, business teams and third-party suppliers, bringing structure and pace to delivery while providing clear governance and direction.
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who can take real ownership, bring people together and drive a complex programme through to a successful outcome.
