Ready to take charge and make an impact? We’re looking for a Branch Manager to join us at Huws Gray Spalding . As a Branch Manager , you’ll lead a high-performing team, drive business growth, and ensure our customers receive exceptional service . You’ll shape the success of your branch, create opportunities, and foster a supportive work environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Making sure you, your team and our customers are safe by following all the appropriate guidelines
- Delivering top-tier customer service that keeps people coming back
- Managing branch performance whilst maximising its profitability – including P&L and customer ledger responsibilities
- Developing business opportunities – growing relationships with new and existing customers
- Ensuring your transport is used to its full potential
- Supporting and mentoring your team through delegation, training, one-to-ones, and reviews
- Overseeing branch resources – including stock, equipment, and vehicles
