The Plant & Tool Hire Controllers play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly and supporting branch success. Working closely with the Hire Manager, you will help achieve targets by handling hire transactions, managing stock, completing admin tasks and contributing to an overall brilliant customer experience.

Based in one of our busy branches, you’ll be part of a team that works hard, supports each other and takes pride in delivering excellent service each day.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly by helping out in all areas of the depot.
  • Work closely with the team, using your communication skills to stay organised and support branch targets such as hire sales and KPIs.
  • Assist with deliveries and collections to keep our service efficient and dependable.
  • Support equipment preparation and maintenance – testing, cleaning and keeping machinery in great working condition.
