We are looking for a Plumbing & Heating Supervisor to join us at Huws Gray Sutton In Ashfield! If you’re in the trade or have ever tackled a home improvement project, you’ve probably heard of us. We’re the Huws Gray Group. Up and down the UK, our branches are serving and supporting our local communities with all their building material needs, but we couldn’t do this without the right people, so why not join us?
We rely on our Plumbing & Heating Supervisors to support the sales team and build great relationships with our customers and suppliers, all whilst looking to increase branch sales and profit. Working in one of our branches you’ll be part of a team where everyone is putting the effort in to offer brilliant customer service and to get the job done.
Responsibilities:
- Serving our customers whether that’s over the counter or on the phone
- Providing quotes, following up on enquiries and developing sales leads
- Keeping up to date with any relevant paperwork and administration
- Making sure your Plumbing & Heating product knowledge is up to date to be able to advise customers on the best products available
- Looking after product displays and shop areas, making sure they are fully stocked and appealing to our customers
- Supporting other sales colleagues to ensure that they are able to reach targets
