We are looking for a Partnering Warehouse Operative/Van Driver to join our team at Huws Gray Peabody Partnering. This role will be based at our Redbridge Partnering Site (Chadwell Heath Lane RM6 4NP) with occasional travel required to support our other partnering locations. This role is 39.5 hours per week - Monday to Thursday 08:00am-16:00pm and Friday 08:00am-15:30pm.

We rely on our Partnering Warehouse Operatives/Van Driver to provide great customer service and support all areas of the store. Working in one of our Partnering Stores you’ll be part of a team where everyone is putting effort into offering brilliant customer service and getting the job done.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a well-kept stock area in the warehouse
  • Maintain relevant paperwork and administration
  • Ensure your product knowledge is up to date to advise customers on the best products for their projects
  • Deliver stock to customers using the branch van

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a merchants warehouse or good knowledge of DIY would be an advantage for this role.

Driving Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence required and be comfortable driving a company van.
