We’re on the lookout for a confident and supportive Regional Sales Manager to lead a team of Area Sales Managers and help them smash their sales, profit and new business targets. You’ll help organise who covers where, so the team’s time and energy go where they matter most and they can give customers the best possible experience.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead, coach, and support your team to be their best – giving smart pricing advice and pushing for better margins.
- Stay close to top customers and build strong B2B relationships.
- Drive customer action plans with your team and key stakeholders – whilst keeping an eye on performance data and acting where needed.
- Work alongside your Area Director – boosting underperforming sites.
- Build supplier relationships and spot new product and sales opportunities.
- Stay on top of admin and budgets.
- Collaborate with head office – Marketing, Commercial and Credit Control.
- Lead local sales initiatives – think trade mornings, blitzes, and HG+ campaigns.
- Reconnect with low-spend or dormant customers to spark new interest.
