We’re now looking for an Assistant Branch Manager to join the team at our Preston branch.
As an Assistant Branch Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the branch, supporting the team, and creating a great experience for our customers.
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing an outstanding and welcoming service to every customer
- Acting as the main point of contact when the Branch Manager is away
- Growing and developing business opportunities with new and existing customers
- Supporting and mentoring your team to unlock their full potential
- Ensuring everyone that works at our branch is safe and follows our company procedures
