Our Plant & Tool Hire Controllers play a key role in keeping things running smoothly and supporting the success of the branch . Working closely with the Hire Manager, you’ll help achieve targets by handling hire transactions, managing stock, completing admin tasks and contributing to an overall brilliant customer experience .
Based in one of our busy depots, you’ll be part of a team that works hard, supports each other and takes pride in delivering excellent service every day .
What you’ll be doing:
- Ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly by helping out in all areas of your depot
- Working closely with the team , using your communication skills to stay organised and support branch targets like hire sales and KPIs
- Assisting with deliveries and collections to keep our service efficient and dependable
- Supporting with equipment prep and maintenance – testing, cleaning and keeping machinery in great working condition
