We’re looking for a Yard Supervisor to join our Braintree branch. The role involves keeping the yard running smoothly, leading a team, ensuring stock is maintained, efficient deliveries, and a safe environment.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Overseeing yard operations – working closely with our Yard Operatives and Drivers
  • Managing stock levels – identifying faulty or damaged goods and reporting to the Branch Manager
  • Supporting deliveries – handling loading and unloading
  • Handling goods in and out – ensuring documentation is completed accurately on our systems
  • Working as part of a team – keeping the branch running efficiently and delivering excellent customer service
