The company is B Corp certified, focusing on creating unique and sustainable cabins with an emphasis on people and community. We have been featured in numerous design titles and podcasts and have 2 retail concessions in Burford, Oxfordshire and Rutland.
With a forthcoming launch of the 'Shepherds Hutsmith' (Huts on wheels), we want to increase the team to help us as part of our growth plans and manage projects once they have become live. Work will include client communications, liaison with the internal build team, and procurement of materials.
You will be part of a small team responsible for handling client and supplier relations once an order for a cabin has been placed, and effectively communicating with clients. You are likely to have a passion for design and construction.
We are flexible around your timing and days, typically looking for a minimum of 25 hours per week, up to full time. This might be your first or second role, but you will be a key part of the team, given autonomy and responsibility; your voice will be valued. Ideally working out of Burford, but work from home is fine. Most of our projects are in the Midlands and South.
