As our Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be guiding a dynamic team of restaurant professionals with one common goal - to create a memorable dining experience for our guests. This is a 48-hour contract, full-time position. We are looking for a late January / early February start.
Where are we located? Situated on Level 33 of The Shard, the UK’s tallest building, Hutong delivers an exceptional Northern Chinese dining experience with stunning views of London.
