The Role
Reporting to the Marketing and Business Development Manager, you\βll be responsible for a achieving sales target across our Key Accounts while supporting the wider consultative sales process. The Internal Sales Executive will combine technical knowledge with commercial drive, supporting Hutchi\βs Key Accounts through targeted sales activity, proactive customer engagement, and the preparation and delivery of technically robust quotations. The role will actively manage inbound and outbound enquiries, nurture relationships with new and existing customers, and maintain a strong and healthy sales pipeline.
What You\βll Bring
You\βll have proven sales experience, technical knowledge, and hands-on experience with audio-visual systems. Experience with lighting (DMX), signal distribution, networking, access control, or IP telecoms is highly beneficial. QuoteWorks or similar experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver against allocated sales targets for Key Accounts and support small-deal revenue generation.
- Manage inbound and outbound sales activity across email, telephone, and digital channels to ensure timely follow-up and strong conversion.
- Prepare accurate technical quotations using QuoteWorks, ensuring commercial alignment and technical feasibility.
- Support Business Development Managers by progressing early-stage opportunities, qualifying leads, and maintaining momentum in the sales cycle.
- Engage proactively with new and existing customers, building trust and long-term relationships.
