We're seeking an established or budding agronomist to join our horticulture team across Norfolk and Suffolk, working across diverse crops including soft fruit, top fruit, and ornamentals.

The Role

You'll deliver expert agronomy advice within the horticulture sector, helping growers optimise plant health, quality and yield and supporting them in achieving a long‐term, sustainable business. You will be proactive in promoting Hutchinsons and building your own successful agronomy business.

About You

  • Have a strong horticultural background and knowledge, ideally in the provision of agronomic advice or practical crop management.
  • Possess BASIS and FACTS qualifications (or be eager to progress towards them).
  • Self‐motivated and confident in building relationships with potential and existing customers.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical insight into practical advice.
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
