We’re looking for an agronomist with a real passion for viticulture to join our South East team. Our horticulture team has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality advice and service to our customers, and we are continuing to grow with exceptional individuals.

Role

  • You’ll deliver expert agronomy advice within the horticulture sector, with an emphasis on vineyards, helping growers optimise plant health, fruit quality and yield and support them in achieving a long term, sustainable business.
  • You will be proactive in promoting Hutchinsons and building your own successful agronomy business.

About You

  • Have a strong horticultural background and knowledge, ideally in the provision of agronomic advice or practical crop management.
  • BASIS and FACTS qualifications (or eager to progress towards them).
  • Self-motivated and confident in building relationships with potential and existing customers.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical insight into practical advice.
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
