As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Business Development Specialist to develop commercial business opportunities across Hampshire, Wiltshire and Dorset.
Home-based | Minimum one day per week at our Codford depot, with regular travel to customers across the region.

A varied, customer-facing role that balances real autonomy with the backing of a respected business and supportive colleagues around you. You’ll be out with customers, managing existing relationships whilst proactively building relationships and winning new business, with genuine scope to grow the area. We’ll support your development and give you the tools to succeed.
What you’ll be doing:
- Developing new commercial and supply business across the region, through your own sales and by supporting colleagues.
- Building and strengthening relationships with key accounts.
- Working closely with our agronomists to identify and develop new opportunities.
- Partnering with the depot team to effectively manage stock.
- Sharing market intelligence and customer feedback to help shape our commercial approach.
- Consistently delivering excellent service and looking after our customers’ long-term interests.
What we’re looking for:
- Track record in agricultural sales or account management.
- Relationship-led focus with the ability to see the bigger picture.
- Commercially astute.
- Willingness to travel to the Codford depot and to meetings across the region.
