Hutchinsons are looking for a driven professional to strengthen commercial and serviced business across the Hampshire/Wiltshire/Dorset area while ensuring long-term success for clients.Home based role with regular travel to our Codford depot and across the wider region.Your Responsibilities: Strengthen sales and business development through client relationshipsIdentify new opportunities, introducing colleagues to demonstrate our full range of servicesMonitor and enhance the commercial performance of your regionKeep agronomists informed through proactive communication and collaborationLead innovative projects that drive long-term success for both clients and the wider teamShare valuable market intelligence with leadership to support strategic decision-makingAbout you: Established network of agricultural contacts across the Hampshire/Wiltshire area, with experience in agricultural salesExcellent relationship builder with a great reputation for delivering on their promisesCommutable distance of our Codford depot (likely there 2/3 days per week)Willingness to travel across the region to meet with customers and colleaguesThis is a newly created role, enabling the successful candidate to carve out the opportunity for themselves.
