Hutchinsons are looking for a driven professional to strengthen commercial and serviced business across the Hampshire/Wiltshire/Dorset area while ensuring long-term success for clients.

Home based role with regular travel to our Codford depot and across the wider region.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Strengthen sales and business development through client relationships
  • Identify new opportunities, introducing colleagues to demonstrate our full range of services
  • Monitor and enhance the commercial performance of your region
  • Keep agronomists informed through proactive communication and collaboration
  • Lead innovative projects that drive long-term success for both clients and the wider team
  • Share valuable market intelligence with leadership to support strategic decision-making

About you:

  • Established network of agricultural contacts across the Hampshire/Wiltshire area, with experience in agricultural sales
  • Excellent relationship builder with a great reputation for delivering on their promises
  • Commutable distance of our Codford depot (likely there 2/3 days per week)
  • Willingness to travel across the region to meet with customers and colleagues

This is a newly created role, enabling the successful candidate to carve out the opportunity for themselves. You will work with a variety of knowledgeable, professional, and highly experienced colleagues, building great relationships internally and externally.
