Within the Industrial Applications team of the ADI Industry Division, you will be responsible for driving international business development across a strategic and fast-growing perimeter. Your scope primarily covers Europe (UK, Scandinavia, Turkey, Greece, Eastern Europe), with additional growth opportunities in Asia and North America (NAFTA). You will be responsible for developing industrial product lines, including:
- Anti-vibration solutions
- Fluid transfer systems
Reporting to the Sales Director ADI Industry – Industrial Applications, you will operate in an international, technical, and multicultural environment.
Your Missions
- Business Development & Account Management
- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of clients (direct customers and distributors)
- Identify and develop new markets, clients, and applications
- Actively expand distribution networks, with a strong focus on the UK (strategic priority)
- Regional Coordination & International Collaboration
- Work closely with the UK subsidiary based in Reading to drive local growth
- Collaborate with teams in China, India, and NAFTA
- Strengthen commercial synergies across regions (Europe, Asia, North America)
- Sales Management & Negotiation
- Prepare competitive and profitable commercial proposals
- Lead international contract negotiations
- Ensure full order follow-up from order intake to payment, in coordination with Sales Administration
- Attend trade shows and international client visits
- Project Management & Internal Coordination
- Lead projects in collaboration with internal teams:
- Engineering
- Supply chain
- Costing
- Project management
- Act as the key contact for products manufactured in France for international subsidiaries
- Performance Management
- Monitor sales performance within your scope
- Contribute to reporting, annual budgeting, and 5-year strategic planning
- Produce activity reports and client visit reports
Your Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in international business development
- Proven experience selling high value-added technical solutions
- Experience across multiple sales channels: direct sales, distributors, agents
Commercial & Business
- Strong international negotiation skills
- Ability to build profitable and competitive offers
- Solid understanding of business drivers (margins, product mix, contribution)
Technical
- Good technical understanding (ideally mechanical or industrial environment)
- Ability to understand and promote technical solutions to clients
International & Export
- Good knowledge of incoterms, export conditions, and commercial risks
- Experience in multicultural environments
- Fluent in English and French (mandatory)
