Job Title: Administration Assistant
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time (Mon-Fri 9:00am-5pm flexible)
Location: North East England

Job Description:
- Based on reception, you will assist with deliveries and visitors
- Receive and direct telephone calls
- Provide customer service and administrative support to the sales and installation team
- Respond to customer and supplier enquiries in a professional manner by phone and email
- Take down accurate and relevant details and input into our CRM database
- Assist in the processing of orders as directed by your manager
- Open and distribute the mail
- Maintain filing and archive system
- Order workwear and stationery
- Allocate and monitor stock levels
- Provide support to the finance department when needed
- Ensure customer confidentiality within all tasks
Desired Experience:
- Strong attention to detail
- Methodical
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within an organisation and with external customers and suppliers
- Computer literate with experience of Microsoft Office is desired but not essential
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced office environment
- Previous experience delivering a wide range of administration functions would be advantageous but not essential
- Experience of using a CRM System would be desirable but not essential
The first 6 months of employment are probationary. In-house training will be given to the successful candidate.
