Role Description: This is a full-time role for a Real Estate Fee earner in London. You will be responsible for managing property transactions, providing legal advice to clients, drafting legal documents, and ensuring compliance with property laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a case handler in conveyancing
  • Strong skills in Legal Research, Contract Negotiation, and Due Diligence
  • Ability to provide comprehensive Legal Advice and ensure Regulatory Compliance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in representing clients in court is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent, with completion of Legal Practice Course (LPC)
