- Sales Cycle Support: Progress early-stage and mid-cycle opportunities by qualifying leads, maintaining momentum, and supporting deal closure in collaboration with Business Development Managers.
- Customer Advisory & Experience: Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, providing clear, timely, and professional guidance to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and ensuring a consistently high-quality customer experience.
- Pipeline & Target Delivery: Manage assigned opportunities and support delivery against allocated sales targets, including small-deal revenue within Key Accounts, while maintaining accurate pipeline data and forecasts.
