We are currently seeking an M&E Building Services Technical Co-Ordinator to join our busy Contracts Department on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with an M&E background and/or technical experience in a similar role who is keen to grow, learn, and become a key part of the team. Full training will be provided as required.
You will be responsible for supporting the management team and ideally have experience of the following:
- Procure
- Viewpoint
- Asite
- BIM 360
- Field View
- Trimble
Complete Quality plans & procedures, Commissioning reports, Collating & reviewing as-fitted information. Co-ordinate & review Commissioning reports, Survey & Technical submissions. Assist with Programmes and Test & Inspection plans.
You will require good working knowledge of Microsoft 365, strong communication skills along with a proactive, organised approach.
