Order to Cash (O2C) Finance Manager – Global Manufacturing Business | Hybrid – Glasgow

We are currently partnering with a leading global organisation to find a dynamic Order to Cash (O2C) Finance Manager to join their growing team.

This hybrid role is based in Glasgow and offers an exciting opportunity within a fast-paced environment, ideal for an experienced professional looking to make a significant impact as part of their growth structure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of global O2C procedures and processes, providing training and monitoring performance
• Identify and manage continuous improvement initiatives within the O2C process
• Lead a global team of skilled professionals, ensuring effective collaboration and high performance
• Own the O2C processes, acting as the subject matter expert and providing guidance across the business
• Work closely with the Internal Control and SOX teams to ensure full compliance with regulatory standards
• Achieve and exceed KPIs and performance targets outlined in Service Level Agreements
• Mentor and develop current team members, fostering a culture of growth and excellence
• Spearhead the implementation of automated billing solutions to enhance efficiency
• Provide ad hoc support to the wider team as needed

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Extensive experience in the O2C function with a strong understanding of the end-to-end process
• In-depth knowledge of the success factors for global and centralised business functions
• Proven experience in process design, mapping, and process quality improvement
• Proactive, motivated, and adaptable with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment
