Hutcheon Mearns is delighted to once again partner with our key client to assist them with their current hire of an experienced Dutch language credit controller for a permanent role.
Joining this dynamic accounts receivable function, you'll work alongside colleagues who are passionate about delivering the highest level of service to the business and be part of a wider finance team that works well together under the guidance of a well-structured management team.
Within this role, typical duties would include:
Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring invoices are paid promptly.
Utilising all available communication channels, prioritising telephone contact
Utilise relationships with key stakeholders to drive query resolution and payment
Ensure a best in class client experience
Deliver monthly aged debt, cash collection, and DSO targets
Produce monthly customer statements.
Work collaboratively with Sales Ledger, Placement Support, and Billing to maintain accurate customer records, including but not limited to; payment allocation, master data management, credit note application etc
About you:
You'll be keen to embark on a career within finance, and have a passion for customer service and be fluent in both spoken and written Dutch. You'll enjoy working within a team environment and working to targets.
