Job Description
Hutcheon Mearns are delighted to be supporting an international organisation to recruit an Accounts Payable Assistant on a full-time, permanent basis. The role will be based at our clientβs offices in Dyce.

The role would suit an experienced Accounts Payable experience, specifically with Treasury or Banking experience.

The Opportunity
\\n\\n
The Accounts Payable Assistant will support the global finance team by ensuring payments are processed accurately and efficiently. Key responsibilities will include:
\\n\\n

- Preparing and processing weekly and bi-weekly payment runs
- Reviewing and reconciling vendor invoices and expense vouchers
- Acting as a point of contact for accounts payable queries
- Managing credit card reconciliations and payments
- Posting journal entries as required
- Assisting with month end, quarter end and year end close
- Liaising with suppliers and colleagues to resolve queries
- Maintaining accurate records and recommending process improvements
- Supporting the wider finance function with ad hoc tasks as required
