Cooper Parry Finance Recruitment (formally Hutcheon Mearns) are delighted to be supporting a returning client, a well-established Law Accountancy firm with an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Typist to join their Perth office on a full-time, permanent basis. This opportunity would suit a junior candidate, school leaver, or someone looking to begin their career within an office environment. Full training will be provided making this an excellent opportunity to develop administration and typing skills with a professional and supportive team. This role is fully office-based in Perth.
Key Responsibilities
- Audio typing correspondence and documents
- Listening to audio recording and accurately typing information
- General administration support to the wider team
- Using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook daily
Background and Experience
- Strong spelling and grammar skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage workload
- Basic Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Previous office experience is advantageous but not essential
