This is a finance leadership role offering significant influence and a clear route to career progression. Reporting to the Group Finance & Corporate Services Director, you will act as a trusted partner to senior business stakeholders, helping to shape business performance, investment decisions and long-term strategy. You will lead a 40‑strong international finance function (5 direct reports) while evolving the role of finance to become more insight‑led and commercially focused. You will have oversight of core financial stewardship, ensuring a well‑controlled environment across reporting, tax, treasury and cash management. You will contribute to wider leadership decisions across risk, technology and strategic programmes. A core part of the mandate is transformation. Strong foundations are in place, but there is a clear opportunity to:
- Enhance systems, data and insight capability (including utilisation of tools such as Power BI)
- Strengthen global governance and consistency across 16 entities following a recent ERP (365) system implementation
- Improve decision support around pricing, growth, FX and international expansion
We are targeting a high‑calibre finance leader operating at, or close to, Finance Director level, who is motivated by breadth, scale and progression. You will be an engaging people manager with experience managing sizeable teams and have a track record of partnering with senior stakeholders on commercial and strategic decisions. People and culture will be important to you and working for a purpose‑led organisation will appeal. You will be a qualified accountant (CA / ACCA / CIMA) with experience in a mid‑to‑large, international organisation, bringing both credibility and the ability to operate effectively in a complex, multi‑entity environment. You will bring:
- Experience in a senior finance role in an international environment (ideally with exposure to treasury, FX and multi‑entity reporting)
- Proven delivery of finance transformation – systems, governance, processes or organisational change
- A broad range of experience across the finance function ideally encompassing forecasting, scenario modelling, KPI analysis and financial control
- The ability to build and lead high‑performing, engaged teams
- Confidence to operate in a visible, leadership role with broad organisational impact
