HUTCH is seeking a project architect for its London office. We are looking for a project architect (with at least two years’ post-Part 3 experience) to join the studio on a full-time basis, with an immediate start preferred. HUTCH is an award-winning, founder-led architecture, interiors, and curation practice based in Covent Garden, London. Our work spans the UK and internationally, and has been featured in The New York Times, Architectural Digest, VOGUE, ELLE Decoration, The Times LUXX and Dezeen. We are the recipients of the HÄUSER-Award in both 2025 and 2026, residential category.

Our founding principle — that in creating holistic spaces, all disciplines must be united — drives everything we do. We work across architecture, interiors, and curation as a single, unified team, taking projects from the first sketch to the final object.

This is a key role in a founder-led practice working on carefully considered private residential projects across the UK and internationally. You will take ownership of projects from early design through to delivery on site, working directly alongside the team and Founding Director and with hands-on exposure across all live projects.

The right person:

  • Minimum two years’ post-Part 3, with at least two to three private residential projects delivered from concept to completion on site
  • Confident running a project independently

  • Client liaison experience
  • An eye for detail that goes to the last object
  • Right to work in the United Kingdom
  • Revit and AutoCAD proficiency essential
