Hutch is looking for a Principal Product Manager to drive the strategic vision and accelerate the growth of our flagship motorsports title - F1 Clash - helping deliver our ambition to be the #1 mobile racing game. As a Principal Product Manager, you will be the strategic pillar for the game's economy and live operations. You will own this roadmap, govern complex pricing architectures, and lead a high-performing team to build, operate, and grow this game to new heights.

Responsibilities
  • Vision & Strategy: Set the overarching Live Ops & Economy roadmap, aligning seasonal beats with long-term commercial goals and sustainable growth.
  • Economy & Pricing Governance: Take full ownership of in-game balance, currency sinks, and pricing architecture to maximize LTV and player sentiment.
  • Annual Season Change Ownership: Lead the high-stakes Annual Season & Economy Reset—defining the strategy for major meta shifts and economy refreshes that define the game's yearly cycle.
  • Optimization & Scale: Drive the A/B testing framework and define the technical tool requirements needed to build an elite, automated team workflow.
  • Content & Campaign Delivery: Get hands on and support the Design team, CRM Manager, and Associate PM in the end-to-end execution of events, offers, CRM, and Webstore operations.
  • Operational Excellence: Orchestrate seamless live ops, ensuring total economy stability and high-impact content refreshes.
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor and develop the Associate PM, fostering a culture of accuracy, creative problem solving and data-led decision-making.
  • Shared Operations: Partner with the Product Director & other PMs to oversee Releases, Game Health, UA, Forecasting, and Small Feature support.
Requirements
  • Proven Senior Experience: An extensive track record operating as a Senior, Lead, or Principal Product Manager on top-grossing free-to-play mobile games.
  • Economy & Systems Mastery: Deep expertise in designing, balancing, and governing complex game economies, pricing architectures, and macro-level game systems.
  • Market Authority: Deep, authoritative knowledge of the free-to-play games market, best practices from top-performing games, and a thorough understanding of their success drivers.
  • Advanced Analytical Ability: Highly scientific approach to data; experience defining A/B testing frameworks, forecasting performance, running complex live ops, and investigating high-level game performance issues.
  • Ownership & Drive: A strong ownership mentality with a get it done attitude, capable of balancing immediate operational needs with long-term strategic goals.
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Experience mentoring and developing junior product managers or cross-functional team members.
  • Exceptional Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage senior stakeholders, present clear strategies, and rally a team around a shared vision.
Bonus Points
  • Experience leading big meta shifts, sequel transitions, or yearly economy resets in a live game.
  • Experience working with gacha-led and/or midcore games.
  • Advanced experience with dashboarding and analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Amplitude, Tableau).
  • Experience overseeing CRM strategies using tools like Braze, Leanplum, etc.
  • A passion for Cars or Motorsports, especially F1Ⓡ! Experience working specifically within the Racing Games genre.
